Iced tea with honey and mint infused simple syrup. Optional: vodka
Ingredients:
Honey
Fresh mint
Black tea
Directions: in a saucepan boil 1 cup of water with 1-2 tablespoons of honey and add the mint leaves. Let it simmer until it thickens a bit. Remove mint leaves and let it cool. Steep 3-5 tea bags in about 12 Oz of boiling water for about 5 minutes, let the tea cool down. Mix with the honey & mint syrup, add iced tea and lots of ice. .

Hacer hervir 1 taza de agua con 1-2 cucharas de miel hasta que espese un poco, añadir la menta por unos minutos. Dejar enfriar a un lado. Usar 3-5 bolsas de té en 12 oz de agua, una vez adquirido el sabor deseado dejar enfriar y añadir la el sirope de miel con menta y mucho hielo.
